30-Day Return Policy:
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A flat fee of £2.70 will be deducted from your refund for return postage. You’ll receive a Royal Mail 48 return label, which can be dropped off at a post box, Royal Mail parcel locker, or booked for a free collection via the Royal Mail website. If Royal Mail is not suitable for your return, please contact us directly.
Condition:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
